As part of Siemens Industrial LLC\u2019s ongoing commitment to sustainable development within their global supply chain, DNJ Electrical Industries LLC was honored to host an External Sustainability Audit (ESA) on October 14, 2024. The audit was conducted by M\/s Intertek, with Engineer. Khaled ARAFA, Expert Lead Auditor, leading the evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The purpose of the audit was to ensure that DNJ continues to meet the highest standards in sustainability, labor compliance, and ethical business practices. DNJ Electrical Industries Management Representative Ms. Priyanka Deore welcomed Engineer Khaled ARAFA and introduced the DNJ Audit Team Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Audit commenced with a thorough overview of the Audit protocols and discussions with DNJ\u2019s leadership team, including the Factory Manager \u2013 Mr. Salim Patni, People & HR Leader \u2013 Ms. Sameera and Mr. Kumar, Production & Quality Head \u2013 Mr. Anoop Mohan & HSE Representative \u2013 Mr. Nabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The audit continued with a detailed Factory and Facility Tour, followed by Employees Interviews and Review of various records and evidence. Towards the closing meeting, points for improvement along with formal Corrective Action Plans were identified and briefed to DNJ Management Representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
