On August 21, 2025, DNJ Electrical Industries had the privilege of hosting a distinguished delegation from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), led by Mr. Bryan Gentry \u2013 Sr. Director, Manufacturing & Supplier Quality, accompanied by Ms. Helen Gene Parasdas , Mr. Moamen Elmasri and Mr. Bala Krishna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The purpose of this collaborative visit was to conduct a comprehensive factory tour of DNJ\u2019s Sheet Metal Enclosure Unit and Panel Integration Unit, witness our manufacturing processes in action, and exchange perspectives on driving continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DNJ Leaders welcomed the SEL team and presented DNJ\u2019s journey, capabilities, and operational strengths, demonstrating how DNJ has evolved into a trusted partner in the energy sector. While SEL\u2019s Mr. Bryan Gentry delivered an insightful presentation on SEL\u2019s history and sustainability roadmap, sharing global best practices and reinforcing SEL\u2019s commitment to long-term partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A guided factory tour was conducted by DNJ Leader Mr. Saurabh along with DNJ team members Ms. Priyanka, Mr. Salim, Mr. Pete, and Mr. Anoop, highlighting DNJ\u2019s manufacturing excellence, lean processes, and adherence to international standards. Further, DNJ proudly showcased its ongoing work on the SEL\u2013ENOWA Project (NEOM – KSA), underscoring DNJ\u2019s technical expertise and ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with global client expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The SEL team expressed appreciation for DNJ\u2019s robust systems, benchmarking practices, and the culture of quality instilled across every process.
