On May 22, 2025, DNJ Management had the honor of hosting a high-level delegation from Hitachi Energy, led by Mr. Eric Varin – PGGA Head of Supply Chain and Mr. Lav Rexhepi at DNJ Electrical Industries.
The purpose of this strategic visit was to assess DNJ’s operational preparedness to meet the growing demand forecasted for the upcoming years 2025 – 2026, particularly with respect to large-scale project deliveries, simultaneous FAT execution, and post-FAT storage logistics.
Mr. Adel Alzarooni, the visionary leader of DNJ, led the discussions and walkthrough and emphasized DNJ’s commitment to continuous infrastructure enhancement, particularly; “Doubling the capacity of FAT Zones to support parallel testing of multiple projects, Strengthening internal testing facilities and operations flow, Creation of a dedicated fenced storage zone for Hitachi’s free issue materials and Structured storage planning post-FAT with traceable logistics”.
DNJ Management thanked HITACHI ENERGY delegates and concluded the visit with an engaging exchange of ideas, strategy alignment, and mutual confidence in the shared roadmap for the years ahead.

On 27th March 2025, the DNJ HAPPINESS AND CULTURAL CLUB Committee successfully organized the IFTAAR Meet 2025 and Annual Excellence Awards 2024 in Dubai, UAE. The event was a grand success, with enthusiastic participation from our DNJ-ineers and their families, celebrating unity, diversity, and excellence.
The evening began with a warm welcome by Mr. Shafeeq and Mr. Ranjith, setting a positive and festive tone for the gathering. Mr. Salim Patni addressed the audience, stating, “The DNJ tribe is a diverse team representing different backgrounds and cultures, coming together to celebrate diversity and strengthen bonds beyond the workplace.” The atmosphere was filled with joy and smiles as team members greeted each other and exchanged warm wishes for Ramadan.
Following Iftaar, the evening continued with the Annual Excellence Awards 2024, where our DNJ-ineers were recognized for their dedication, hard work, perseverance, and exceptional skills that have contributed significantly to the success of DNJ Energy.
The award function was brilliantly hosted by Ms. Sruthi, Ms. Priyanka, and Mr. Sourebh, celebrating the remarkable achievements and passion demonstrated by our team members. Witnessing the happiness, confidence, and motivation among our DNJ-ineers was truly inspiring.

On 27th February 2025, DNJ Electrical Industries had the honor of hosting the Siemens Industrial LLC Management Team at the DNJ EI Factory – UAQ. The visit was a milestone moment, reinforcing DNJ’s Strategic Vision, Manufacturing Excellence, and Future-Ready Infrastructure to meet the booming demands of the Power & Energy – Substation Industry in the Middle East (2025-2030).
From state-of-the-art manufacturing zones to operational advancements, the visit was an opportunity for interactive discussions, knowledge sharing, and potential collaborations. The Siemens Industrial LLC Management Team was highly engaged and impressed by witnessing DNJ’s robust capabilities, growth strategies, and the depth of expertise at DNJ.
The visit was led by DNJ Leader – Mr. Adel Alzarooni , who showcased the DNJ’s expanded manufacturing capabilities, demonstrated the new Panel Integration and Enclosure Solutions and the work process empowerment and initiatives.
While thanking DNJ Team, the Siemens Industrial LLC Management Team Members Mr. Rasheed Ahmed, Mr. Palani Rajan and Mr. Mohamed Rizwan expressed alignments of project delivery schedule and requirements of new industry specifications.

It was a great pleasure in hosting the Hitachi Energy Management Team at our DNJ Electrical Industries at Umm Al Quwain facility on 18th February 2025. The visit was a significant milestone as DNJ Management Team presented the strategic expansion plans, infrastructure growth, and operational readiness to meet the upcoming demand in UAE from Year 2025 to Year 2030.
The session was led by DNJ Management, headed by Mr. Adel Alzarooni, who meticulously walked through every detail of DNJ Factory enhancements – from state-of-the-art manufacturing zones, new FAT areas, additional machineries, workforce augmentation, and digital process optimizations. The Hitachi Energy Team from Factory Management – Mr. Faris Alshamari, Mr. Srinivasa Reddy, the Supply Chain Management Team members Mr. Lav Rexhepi and Ms. Samah Basseem and the Project Operations Management Leader Mr. Balamurugan Veluchamy. All were highly engaged, provided valuable insights, and appreciated DNJ’s commitment to excellence, precision, and on-time execution.
During the Factory Tour, DNJ Management team showcased the readiness of DNJ to handle large-scale production, while ensuring the highest quality standard, while the Hitachi Energy team members commended the efforts, shared valuable feedback, and emphasized strategic alignment for phased deliveries.

As part of our Employee Development Program – 2025, DNJ HR Team successfully conducted an impactful training session on Conflict Resolution & Anger Management on February 13, 2025. The training was expertly led by Ms. Nasreen Ahmed Bava, Managing Director of M/s Infoskills, who brought immense knowledge and practical insights to the session. The workshop was highly interactive, with every participant engaging with enthusiasm and energy.
The key highlights of the Training included Live Case Studies , Instant Model Making & Presentations, Personalized Anger Management Strategies, Interactive Role Playing and Engagement from newly joined DNJ-ineers.

DNJ Energy recently conducted a comprehensive training program aimed at instilling these values in its employees. The program was conducted by Ms. Nasreen Ahmed from M/s INFOSKILLS which highlighted key aspects such as accountability, integrity, teamwork and the importance of maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace, which ultimately leads to enhanced productivity and job satisfaction.
Feedback from the training session has been overwhelmingly positive. As part of the Employee Development Program for 2024, DNJ Energy recently organized a comprehensive training session on Emotional Intelligence for team members from various levels on June 7, 2024. The session was conducted by Ms. Nasreen Bint Ahmed Bava, an esteemed trainer known for her expertise in the field from M/s Infoskills, Dubai.
The training focused on crucial aspects such as stress management and the emotional reactions of employees during different phases of their work journey. Participants engaged in interactive and fun-filled team-building games and real-life examples, making the session not only educational but also enjoyable.
Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Mr. Salim Patni, Project Manager, and Ms. Sruthi, HR Executive, expressed their appreciation for the insights gained and the engaging manner in which the session was conducted.
