During the first quarter of Year 2022, Eng. Rehan Althaf from Manipal Institute of Technology, India and Eng.Michael Feghali from Lebanese American University, Lebanon had applied for Internship Program as a part of their Academic Education Curriculum.
Upon the interaction with the Students, DNJ HR Team Members Mr. Kumaraswamy and Ms. Leena Dsouza crafted the Training Programs and made smooth onboarding arrangements.
The Internship Program were framed and intended to provide Students with an Opportunity to apply theoretical concepts into practical Industry Solutions, . Getting Acquainted with Current Trends and Industry Processes, Develop Skill Competencies to expand Verbal, Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills. Understand Industrial Cultures and to work effectively within diverse environments.
Towards the completion of Scheduled Training Period, DNJ Management awarded the Training Certificates to the students. DNJ Leaders strongly believe that such Internship Programs would definitely engage the students to focus more on their career goals and these Students become an “ Asset” to any Industry in Future.
DNJ FEWA 154E LCC Panels FAT
Subsequent to the Successful Factory Acceptance Test Completion of the 132 kV and 33 kV Protection Panels for NEW SHARISHA 132/33/11 kV Substation for ETIHAD WATER & ELECTRICITY ( EWE ) under 154 E Contract, the much awaited Factory Acceptance Tests for 132 kV LCC Panels for NEW SHARISHA -132 KV Substation was carried out on July 20, 2022 and July 21, 2022 and was successfully completed with the State of Art LCC Simulator Unit developed by DNJ Technical Expertise Team.
DNJ Team extended all required support to the Technical Experts from the Client ETIHAD WATER & ELECTRICTY , the Consultant EDF, the Main Contractor SCAN ELECTROMECHANICAL Co. LLC and the OEM SIEMENS ENERGY to witness the Testing and Quality aspects as per clients requirements for the 132 kV LCC panels offered for Factory Acceptance Test.
DNJ Team headed by Mr. Saurabh C and Mr. Kalidoss congratulated the DNJ Team Members Mr. Pepito, Mr. Karthick , Mr. Prabhu, Mr. Anoop and entire FAT Support Team for the FAT Arrangements and ensuring production readiness as per the schedule.

DNJ DEWA 132kV LCC Panels FAT
” ACCEPT THE CHALLENGES AND STRENGTHEN OURSELVES ” – By DNJ Leaders.
Subsequent to the DEWA Approval for the Manufacturing of Local Control Cubicles ( LCC ) for 132 kV GIS Substation, DNJ Team accepted the challenge and was able to deliver the first project successfully in March 2022.
DNJ Electrical Industries manufactured 19 No.s of LCC Panels and successfully delivered the project on behalf of SIEMENS ENERGY for the DEWA-DSTA-132 kV GIS Substation executed by the Main EPC Contractor – M/s Larsen & Toubro, UAE.
DNJ Project Leader Mr. Saurabh stated that “Once we get the Utility ( DEWA) approval, we don’t rest till we deliver on time and in this case, we prepared ourselves well in advance and accepted the challenge of short lead-time delivery dates and proved our TEAMWORK SUCCESS, again”.
The Factory Acceptance Tests was carried out by the Advanced Simulator developed in-house by DNJ Team for DEWA– 132kV DSTA Substation and was witnessed ONLINE by DEWA, L & T and SIEMENS Energy Technical Experts from Jan 25th, 2022 to Jan 28th , 2022.
DNJ Management congratulated the DNJ Entire Team for the dedicated determination and efforts taken during this successful completion of FIRST 132 kV LCC Manufacturing Project for DEWA.

DNJ ENERGY actively participated in WETEX -2021 by having the Stall in the North Hall at the Dubai Exhibition Center, EXPO 2020 , Dubai on 5th, 6th and 7th October 2021.
It was a great learning experience for all the DNJ Team Members, who participated in WETEX-2021 , which itself is one of the unique platform and opportunity for networking with professionals and industry experts from various technical backgrounds, share information and build long-lasting business relationships.

DEWA Approval for DNJ Electrical Industries for LCC Panels
A GROWTH WITH INFINITE MINDSET CAN NEVER BE DEFEATED ” – By DNJ Leaders
DNJ Team , known for its “ MAKE IT HAPPEN ” theme continued the striving journey in adding additional feather on the Milestone Achievement Scale by initiating the Pre-Qualification for DEWA for Supply / Manufacturing of Local Control Cubicles ( LCC ) for DEWA 132 kV Transmission Substations.
DEWA Pre-Qualification Committee Team headed by Engr. Layla Sultan visited DNJ Electrical Industries Premises on August 19, 2021. DNJ Management welcomed DEWA PQ -Technical Experts and had walkthrough to the Factory Facilities, followed by detailed Technical Presentation on LCC Simulator and Simulation Methodology.
The objective of the Factory Visit was to check and ensure the Factory Facilities, Capabilities , Quality Aspects, Process Flows, FAT Arrangements, and Technical Competencies of DNJ Team Members. After the detailed DEWA review and audit process, DNJ Electrical Industries obtained DEWA Approval to Supply Local Control Cubicles (LCC) for 132 kV GIS at DEWA Transmission Substations.
DNJ Management takes this opportunity to thank DEWA Management Team and all DNJ Team members who had actively participated in DEWA Pre-Qualification Process.

Having the same vision, M/s WEIDMULLER Middle East conducted a detailed product presentation at DNJ Energy Head Quarters on June 3, 2021. M/s WEIDMULLER Middle East Team led by Mr. Rafael Fiestas along with the team Members Mr. Romain Routtier , Mr. Prem Krishnan and Ms. Priyanka Dasgupta had a brain storming sessions and conducted training with DNJ Technical Team Members about WEIDMULLER Products that included Terminal Blocks, Various Crimping, Cutting, Stripping Tools and associated accessories. The main highlight of the Product Presentation was WEIDMULLER WIRE PROCESSING CENTRE Machine, – A tailored Semi-automated Cable Cutting , Crimping, Marking machine, which helps in optimizing the overall TIME as compared to conventional working processes while maintaining high level of quality.
DNJ Energy thanked WEIDMULLER Team for the valuable guidance and support rendered to DNJ Technical Team and look forward in exploring the best possibility of strategic business association in near future.
