During the first quarter of Year 2022, Eng. Rehan Althaf from Manipal Institute of Technology, India and Eng.Michael Feghali from Lebanese American University, Lebanon had applied for Internship Program as a part of their Academic Education Curriculum.

Upon the interaction with the Students, DNJ HR Team Members Mr. Kumaraswamy and Ms. Leena Dsouza crafted the Training Programs and made smooth onboarding arrangements.

The Internship Program were framed and intended to provide Students with an Opportunity to apply theoretical concepts into practical Industry Solutions, . Getting Acquainted with Current Trends and Industry Processes, Develop Skill Competencies to expand Verbal, Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills. Understand Industrial Cultures and to work effectively within diverse environments.

Towards the completion of Scheduled Training Period, DNJ Management awarded the Training Certificates to the students. DNJ Leaders strongly believe that such Internship Programs would definitely engage the students to focus more on their career goals and these Students become an “ Asset” to any Industry in Future.
