As part of the Employee Development Program for 2024, DNJ Energy recently organized a comprehensive training session on Emotional Intelligence for team members from various levels on June 7, 2024. The session was conducted by Ms. Nasreen Bint Ahmed Bava, an esteemed trainer known for her expertise in the field from M/s Infoskills, Dubai.

The training focused on crucial aspects such as stress management and the emotional reactions of employees during different phases of their work journey. Participants engaged in interactive and fun-filled team-building games and real-life examples, making the session not only educational but also enjoyable.

Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Mr. Salim Patni, Project Manager, and Ms. Sruthi, HR Executive, expressed their appreciation for the insights gained and the engaging manner in which the session was conducted. The DNJ team has shown a strong interest in having more such interactive and learning sessions in the future.
