DNJ Energy recently conducted a comprehensive training program aimed at instilling these values in its employees. The program was conducted by Ms. Nasreen Ahmed from M/s INFOSKILLS which highlighted key aspects such as accountability, integrity, teamwork and the importance of maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace, which ultimately leads to enhanced productivity and job satisfaction.
Feedback from the training session has been overwhelmingly positive. Mr. Manish – Production Supervisor expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to learn and reflect on the significance of work ethics in the daily routines and added that he feels more motivated to contribute positively to his team.
As DNJ Energy looks to the future, it remains dedicated to nurturing an environment where work ethics are not just taught but lived by every member of the team. As part of the Employee Development Program for 2024, DNJ Energy recently organized a comprehensive training session on Emotional Intelligence for team members from various levels on June 7, 2024. The session was conducted by Ms. Nasreen Bint Ahmed Bava, an esteemed trainer known for her expertise in the field from M/s Infoskills, Dubai.
The training focused on crucial aspects such as stress management and the emotional reactions of employees during different phases of their work journey. Participants engaged in interactive and fun-filled team-building games and real-life examples, making the session not only educational but also enjoyable.
Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Mr. Salim Patni, Project Manager, and Ms. Sruthi, HR Executive, expressed their appreciation for the insights gained and the engaging manner in which the session was conducted. The DNJ team has shown a strong interest in having more such interactive and learning sessions in the future.

DNJ IFTAR MEET -2024

DNJ HAPPINESS AND CULTURAL CLUB organized IFTAR-2024 on March 30, 2024 at the DNJ Head Quarters, Dubai. “DNJ Energy – IFTAR 2024” gathering was a testament to the company’s commitment to fostering a sense of community among the workforce.
While welcoming and expressing gratitude to the team, DNJ HAPPINESS AND CULTURAL CLUB members Ms. Sarojini and Ms. Sruthi conveyed that “With a diverse team representing different backgrounds and cultures, such events serves as a platform for the team members to come together, celebrate diversity and strengthen bonds beyond the workplace”. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation and excitement as the Team Members greeted each other with smile, happiness and exchanged greetings for Ramadan.
Towards the conclusion of the event, DNJ Project Leader Mr. Salim Patni expressed that “ Such gatherings provides an opportunity for the team members to unwind and recharge amidst their busy schedule, fostering a sense of wellbeing and belonging within the DNJ Family. Siemens AG EA Visit @DNJEI Factory on Feb 14, 2024

As a part of SIEMENS SI EA – SUPPLIER ASSESSMENTS – DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, SIEMENS AG (GERMANY) team headed by Mr. Axel Thomas – Global Commodity Manager for Panels and Panels Assembly and Mr. Mr. Rupert Koelbl (Global Procurement Manager) along with SIEMENS INDUSTRIES (UAE) Team Members Mr. Rasheed Ahmed and Mr. Ibnul Khan visited DNJ Electrical Industries on Feb 14, 2024.
The objective of the visit was to review and assess various Processes, to explore new avenues for collaboration, strengthen existing ties, and foster a more robust and mutually beneficial business relationship between the two organizations. Further to ensure that DNJ EI factory meets the high standards set by SIEMENS AG and to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
DNJ Leaders arranged a walk through the existing facilities for the esteemed SIEMENS AG Team Members. Mr. Axel Thomas expressed “Through this Supplier Assessment Visit, we aim to identify area where we can collaborate more effectively, enhance operational efficiency , and ultimately deliver greater value to our customers”. While DNJ Leader Mr. Adel Alzarooni expressed gratitude to SIEMENS AG Management and mentioned “This visit underscores the trust SIEMENS AG places in our capabilities and DNJ is committed to showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation”.
SIEMENS AG and DNJ Group now look forward to fruitful collaboration as this Supplier Assessment visit marks a significant step in building a stronger and more enduring business relationship between the two organizations.
DNJEI- SEWGA EMIRATES INDUSTRIAL CITY FAT

Delivering projects on time is a complex and demanding endeavor that requires a combination of skills, resilience, and adaptability. The baggage of experience acquired by DNJ Project Management Team serves as a guide, offering insights and lessons that contribute to the success of any projects allotted to DNJ.
With the same approach, DNJ Team were able to complete the Factory Acceptance Test for the SEWGA – 132 kV SCMS System for 132/33/11 kV EMIRATES INDUSTRIAL CITY Substation from 15th January 2024 to 22nd January 2024 at DNJ Electrical Industries Premises.
The Factory Acceptance Test were witnessed by esteemed Technical Experts from the client SEWGA – Engr. Meera Khalid Ahmed Alhilo, Eng. Sultan Safar, Eng. Shankar Narayanan, Eng. Deepu S Nair and other Technical Crew members from SIEMENS and SCEINTECHNIC. All the FAT witnessed technical team members were extremely convinced and satisfied with FAT Set up and the support extended by DNJ Team.
SIEMENS Project Leader Mr. Imran Vohra expressed gratitude to all the DNJ Team Members who had contributed their dedicated efforts and consistent support to conclude the project successfully as per the time frame.

During the recent visit of Dr. Ajay Desai to Dubai, UAE on behalf of European International University, Paris – France, it was a pleasure in handing over and giving the Professional Doctorate Degree Certificate to Mr. Hussain Moosa on Sept 28, 2023.
Mr. Hussain Moosa – the co-founder of DNJ Energy, Dubai-UAE , settled in UAE for last 23 years and an Power System Electrical Engineer by profession was honored this special recognition of Professional Doctorate in Engineering for the hardship, dedication, commitment and sincere efforts to grown an Organization (DNJ ENERGY) on an International Map while transforming and empowering lives of hundreds of Engineering Crew Members and contributing to Social, Economic and Corporate Fields.
During the Convocation ceremony, Dr. Ajay Desai handed over the Professional Doctorate Certificate and congratulated Mr. Hussain Moosa for this remarkable achievement. While Mr. Hussain Moosa thanked European International University and Associate Business partner of European International University Dr. Ajay Desai, Mr. Adel Alzarooni – Managing Director and Founder of DNJ Energy and the entire family of DNJ-ineers for their persistent support on this achievement.

The Happiness Club within DNJ headed by Mrs. Sarojini and Ms. Sruthi crafted the Engineers Day Celebration with fun and excitement. Mrs. Sarojini welcomed all the DNJ-INEERS and expressed the importance of Engineering and Engineers in DNJ Family and in our society. Engineering Quiz, Games, Talk Shows and Raffle Draws were part of the DNJ-INEERS Engineer Day Celebration.
However, honoring the excellence of DNJ-INEERS with appreciation letters was the highlight of the celebration, wherein DNJ Management thanked DNJ-INEERS for the unwavering creativity and support while facing Engineering Challenges.
DNJ-INEERS Saurabh, Nandy, Pete, Ramesh, Priyanka and Muthupandi expressed their respective life Journey of being an Engineer . With the baggage of experiences and lessons learnt from previous Projects, DNJ Team were able to arrange the Factory Acceptance Test for the 132 kV Protection Relay Panels for TRANSCO-N 16682 Project from 21st August to 25th August 2023 at DNJ Electrical Industries Premises.
TRANSCO N16682 project involved replacement of existing 400 kV, 220 kV,132 kV Control and Protection Panels, AVR Panels with new Panels ( 104 No.s ) manufactured by DNJ Electrical Industries for M/s HITACHI Energy, the OEM of the project. DNJ Electrical Industries have already manufactured and delivered more than 70% of the Project Panels successfully and the remaining 30% is under final stages of manufacturing.
The Factory Acceptance Test were witnessed by Technical Experts from the client TRANSCO and HITACHI ENERGY. The technical crew members were extremely convinced and satisfied with FAT Set up and the support extended by DNJ Team.
HITACHI Leader Mr. Rudresh N expressed gratitude to all the DNJ Team Members who had contributed their expertise, dedication, and time to conclude the project successfully. DNJ Team is known for accepting new “Challenges” and reaching “Milestones” as per the defined frame of time and quality. With the same approach, the DNJ Team were able to complete the Factory Acceptance Test successfully on Aug 7, 2023 for the Replacement of RTU System by Assembly, Wiring and Internal Testing of 6 No’s RTU Panels for DUBAI AIRPORTS PROJECT -. DAEP – SP3 – BLD – 001.
The Factory Acceptance Test at DNJ Headquarters, Dubai were witnessed by Technical Experts from the client Dubai Airport (DAEP), the Consultant M/s DAR, the Main Contractor M/s ASU and the SCADA System Owner Hitachi Energy. The entire technical crew members were extremely convinced and satisfied with FAT Set up and the support extended by DNJ Team.
DNJ Leader Mr. Saurabh expressed gratitude to every member who contributed their expertise, dedication, and time to conclude the project successfully. ABB Industries Visit to DNJ Electrical Industries 2023

It was indeed a great pleasure to welcome the Engineering and Production Management Team from ABB INDUSTRIES, UAE Dubai Office to the DNJ ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES, UAE on April 28, 2023. The purpose of the visit was to get a firsthand understanding of DNJ Electrical Industries Manufacturing Operations, and the detailed Quality Process involved for both Sheet Metal Enclosures Unit and Panel Integration Unit.
DNJ Leaders Mr. Subhabrata Nandy and Mr. Virender Sharma welcomed the esteemed ABB Industries Team Members, Mr. Shiv Ganesh, Mr. Kollannoor Thomas and Mr. Antony Kollannoor and gave a presentation on the history of DNJ Group highlighting the achievements and lessons learnt, followed by a walk through the DNJ Factory Facilities.
ABB Industries Team Members visited every zone on the production shopfloor and shared their past experiences which will help DNJ EI Team in enhancing the products development process thereby adapting the latest design and industry standards.
DNJ Group looks forward to augmenting the research and development team to focus on cost effective solutions and elevating quality criteria on the Panel Production and Integration Business.
